We can hire you topiary plants and lights for all events, weddings, corporate functions, conferences, birthday parties, anniversaries and house dressing prior to sale.
Planters. The topiary will be placed in stylish, good looking planters chosen by either us or you to match the style of the venue or function.
Why not continue the theme and dress the plants with our large selection of electrical lights (depending on access to a safe electricity supply)? The lights can also be used to brighten up indoor rooms, outdoor marquees and garden parties. Or, if you prefer we can use ribbons to decorate the plants matching the colour theme of your celebration.
Our plants are looked after by experts and will arrive at your venue in perfect condition after all we have been selling top quality topiary from our nursery for over 20 years!

We have not limited your choice to a few plants, you can choose from the hundreds we have in stock.
We can offer you all sorts of shapes and varieties, animals, cones, spirals, balls, duos, trios, clouds and hedging. Plants used are Box, Holly, small leaf Privet, Yew, Conifer, Laurel, Photinia and others.
The plants are available for hire on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Please ask and we will try to give you the service you want.
Boring but necessary stuff…
The price guide is used to calculate the cost of hiring one individual plant. If you want more than one plant then calculate for the cost of each plant do not add the individual costs together to work out the hire charge. For example one plant at say value £75 for one day will be £15.00, six plants at value £75 each for one day will be £90.00. To add lights and to decorate trees prices will be given by quote.
There is an additional delivery charge which will include collection and placing the plants to make them look stunning. Please ask us for the price to your venue.
A full information pack will be available when you hire your plants.
It becomes your responsibility to ensure the plants are well looked after when they are in your care. All of them will require a bit of water if they are staying with you for more than a weekend. We will give you a print out of the basics so that it doesn’t appear too daunting.
We will require a deposit for the plants, which will be held by Crown Topiary Hire until the plants are collected or returned to the nursery. If the plants are in good condition the deposit will be returned.
We may have to make site visits to check out if the access is okay and inform you how many lights we can use.
