Topiary Duo, Trio, Quad

Topiary Duo, Trio, Quads...

These shapes are usually produced on a single stem plant with different numbers of balls along the stem. Accordingly we call the plants duos, trios, or quads to represent how many balls there are. They are available in Box (Buxus sempervirens) at different heights and sizes although the taller ones tend to have the four balls along the stem (Quads). This shape is availability in English Yew (Taxus baccata) and Conifer (Cupressus) is limited in size range, but is available in different shades of colour, golden/green, dark green and lime green.

These plants are very popular for placing either side of the front door in terracotta pots and are often used to start a pathway into the garden.
